you know how secret agents are made to spill those top military secrets- well, there is of course physical torture at the hands of the captors... but more often then not it has been said that solitary isolation is the most effective form of torture there is.

the agent is put through a series of mentally torturous tests like extreme heat then extreme cold, hours of sleeplessness, blinding light then pitch darkness... of course all in solitary isolation. after a while, the person is so disoriented and so alone that his captors can easily play the good cop bad cop routine. the agent, by now so eager to please any human being will reveal the secrets to the good cop who seems to want to be nice to him...

seems so simple noh? it makes the agent look so weak to have given in just like that, but the more i think about it. the more i can relate. psychological torture can be found in everyday life. it is so easy to become disoriented and lose track of your goal and your purpose. it is so easy to crack, to give in completely to the enemy.

so my point is...

i am cracking. somebody save me from this cubicle!!!

hellooooo! anybody there?
