PROJECT SELF-ESTEEM/

I'm not a big fan of reality TV, but there were some shows that got me hooked like The Apprentice, Amazing Race and Project Runway. Through these shows I've learned one thing and that is... the easiest way to lose is to doubt yourself.

If you want to win, you don't have room to second-guess yourself. Even when you're wrong, you still have to believe that you are in the right. The only thing that will shield you is a blind belief that you are the best there is. In the runway or on the boardroom, the minute you show your weakness, they will pounce on you.
